Please do not send sensitive medical information through regular email unless you have been instructed to do so securely.
In accordance with Colorado state law, clinical records are retained for at least seven (7) years, or for minors, seven (7) years after the patient reaches age eighteen (18), whichever period is longer. After the applicable retention period has expired, records will be securely destroyed in accordance with applicable privacy and professional standards.
