COVID-19 Policy

To reduce the risk of infection, we are offering telehealth intake and feedback sessions. However, an in-office visit will be required to complete your evaluation.

We have implemented the following safety measures for in-person visits:

  • Patients and providers will be required to wear either a cloth or medical-grade face mask over their mouth and nose during office visits.  If you do not have a mask, you will be provided one at the start of your visit.
  •
    • Hand sanitizer will be provided at the office and used frequently by providers.
    •
      • Common areas and materials will be disinfected before and after each use, including pens, test items, chairs, tables/surfaces, and credit card readers.
      •
        • There will be no physical contact with others in the office.
        •
          • Patients and providers will cancel in-person services if they: (1) Have a fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other symptoms often associated with COVID-19, OR (2) have been exposed to another person who has symptoms or has confirmed COVID-19 within the past 10 days.
          •
            • You will not be penalized for cancelling your appointment for safety reasons related to illness or COVID-19.  We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to the next available opening after symptoms have been absent for 10 days.
            •
              • If you test positive for COVID-19 and recently attended an in-person visit, we may be required to notify local health officials.  If we must report your visit, we will provide only the minimum information necessary and will not disclose any details about the reason for your visit.
              •
                • If you are unable or unwilling to comply with any of the above precautions, you may be asked to reschedule for a later date when the risk of COVID-19 has been minimized or when CDC and state recommendations are changed.
                •
                • Please contact us at (720) 615-8444 if you have questions or concerns regarding these safety measures.
